That’s certainly something I’d want to look into a little more closely, especially as it’s a Wordfence file affected. Do you have further log information from the scan result that reported this such as Filename/Filetype/Issue Type/Description that you could paste in here for me?
If not, please send me a diagnostic report (which should contain any scan issues) to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

Did this issue resolve, or are you still experiencing the malicious/unsafe notice on this file? I would still be interested in seeing whether the Wordfence file mentioned has been affected. I can’t find a diagnostic in our inbox, so that’s why I’m asking.
