Lately, this plugin has been updating my personal status properly, but the posts are not being posted on the ‘business’ page. I’ve got several pages configured with wordbooker on several wordpress sites. The only thing I can see that is different is this: On the drop-down box on the new post page, 3 of my pages have the name listed with a lengthy number in parenthesis. The 4th [the one I’m trying to use on this site] simply has the name but no parenthesis and no numbers.

If it doesn’t have a number then Wordbooker is going to have problems posting to it as that number is the target.
Can you turn on the advanced diagnostics and do a Status Refresh and that should show us if its finding all the pages.
Thanks for the quick reply! Ok, I’ve done what you asked. I noticed that even before the refresh, the numbers we’re referencing are showing up in the list on the options page under user level customization, but not on the post page options. The page that’s having problems is Secure Inspections # 78436194592. Interesting… Here’s the diagnostics:

secure inspections isn’t a page – its a group. And groups are sort of half pages and half not pages so Wordbooker, which was coded before Groups were standardised, can’t handle them properly.
V2 will fully support groups.

Well if FB stop breaking things which means I have to re-visit my code which then introduces bugs which I then have to fix……..
A few weeks hopefully, it depends on work commitments – I ended up working from 09:45 to 19:00 tonight and I’m back at work at 07:00 tomorrow and might finish at about 17:30.

I’m on for v2 aswell. Just tried v0.16.3 and it does the FB “An error occurred. Please try again later.”
0.16.3 is Wordbook – not Wordbooker.

I had a look at wordbooker but think it’s to many parameters for our multi users to handle. We just need something like wordbook to let them post excerpts to their FB accounts (if any) when they write new posts.

The Facebook Connect feature on wordbooker doesn’t seem to work. (I recently installed wordbooker). I get to the point where I see the “reload page” button, but after reloading I’m not connected.
Also, how’s the work on v2? As there’s no posts in this thread for a month.

V2 is still under development – but real work, which pays the bills, takes precedence.
I did not – I installed wordbook for the first time.
