word press theme problem

    I been trying to find a real estate word press them for 3 months now and there is lots of wonderful themes out there but unfortunately they are all have one problem to me which is the search box options are so limited already purchased theme that have the most available options but I still need more . this is my them >>> http://templatic.com/demos/?theme=realestate in this theme in find a property section customer can search only with location price range and bedroms and bathrooms and I need to do some modifications so customer will search by property location, property type, property purpose, property license, property size, price, and property ID and this is example for what I want

    Location = Cairo, New Cairo, Alexandria…..Etc

    property type =apartment , villa ,twin house ,palace ,land , building ,office ,showroom shop….etc

    Property license = residential, commercial, industrial, medical …etc
    Property purpose = rent, sale
    Price from = 0000 to 0000
    Area = 0000SQM to 000sqm
    Property ID = 0000

    I been trying to contact the customer service or the technical support of the theme author website and no response since 12 days I hope if someone can tell me what to do

    Might be best to hunt for a pro web developer who specialises in php / wp customisation.

    Searches are high level programming, there might be plugins that do it

    It is all going to depend on how the data is stored as to what can be done with searches. It certainly isn’t something we can really with on the forums.

    You’d be better off posting in WP Jobs and seeing what response you get there.

    you might be better off moving from a table based taxononmy to a tag based one too…………….

    Tx. If you take a moment and think thru what a search tool needs to do you will start to see the challenge more clearly. The interesting extra fun is that the data is in mysql. That and the search function together make it a very high level task.
