Word Press Theme 1399 Carousel

How do you find where to upload the photos in the large (carousel type) area below the menu on the homepage? I cannot figure it out. There is no option to upload media to that particular area when you “edit page”. Any media I enter into “edit” area is placed near the bottom of the page and not in the “Carousel”. I have connected to the “JetPack” and I have activated the “carousel plug-in”, but it has been put as part of the media gallery function, with no assistance in getting the photos to the right location on the homepage. Help!
