Thanks for reaching out. I understand that your site is no longer receiving draft orders after updating WooCommerce.
Please note that WooCommerce 10.9 introduced changes to the checkout flow and query performance. One key change is that the Store API no longer creates a persisted draft order as early in the checkout process for new sessions. Instead, the draft order is created closer to when the customer is ready to place the order.
This change is intended to reduce unnecessary draft orders from shoppers who start checkout but don’t complete their purchase. WooCommerce 10.9 also includes other checkout and query performance improvements, such as reducing repeated checkout saves and lookups.
