Hello. My WooPayments onboarding is stuck during activation.
    Site URL: nedeartesaniadecuero21.com
DevTools error: HTTP 400 — “You tried to claim an account session that has already been claimed.”
I already reset WooPayments, deactivated/reactivated the plugin, cleared SiteGround cache, checked XML-RPC and blocked traffic, and SiteGround confirmed there are no firewall rules blocking the connection.
WooCommerce support confirmed this is a Stripe-side session conflict that requires a backend reset by a Happiness Engineer.
Please clear the stuck WooPayments/Stripe onboarding session so I can complete activation.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @pedroluisacosta!

Thanks for providing the detailed information. I understand that your WooPayments onboarding is stuck during activation and that you’re receiving the HTTP 400 error indicating that the account session has already been claimed.

Please note that on this forum, we provide support for WooCommerce core functionality. Since this issue is related specifically to WooPayments, could you please create a new support request in the WooPayments support forum here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-payments/#new-topic-0

To help us investigate the issue further, please include the following information in your request:

    • Your WooCommerce System Status Report, available under WooCommerce → Status.
    • The relevant error logs, available under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
    • The exact HTTP 400 error you are receiving.
    • Details of the troubleshooting steps you have already performed.

You can use Pastebin to share the System Status Report and relevant logs. Please enable the “Burn after read” option when sharing the information so it is automatically removed after it has been viewed.

You also mentioned that WooCommerce Support confirmed that this is a Stripe-side session conflict and advised you to contact a Happiness Engineer. Could you please share the support thread or ticket number where this was confirmed? This will allow us to review the previous investigation and recommendation.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
