WooMobile doesn't work anymore – Lite version still does

    Hi,

    We loved this App and some of us bought the full version. However this full version doesn’t work anymore. We are up-2-date with all plugins. When I open the app and try to go to orders (or products or customers) it just ‘crashes’ and closes the app.

    Hi there – sorry to hear it’s stopped working for you. I haven’t heard any similar cases at this stage.

    I’d suggest deleting the app and redownloading it – this will clear out the internal data in case something has gotten corrupt.

    If this doesn’t work get in touch with us on our Sudo Systems website and we’ll take a closer look at the issue 🙂
