Hmm, I would like to help but don’t quite understand your question.
It may have to do with me not having enough experience with WooCommerce 😉
This plugin is meant to support media management.
How would you like to have this cooperate with WooCommerce/Custom Posts categories?
Do you have an example maybe?
one could (bulk-)manage and sort/filter Woo product categories from within the media library… currently this process requires multiple steps and its kinda uncomfortable.

If not, could you try whether it works by using the WooCommerce/Custom Posts categories as MCM Taxonomy to Use (see WP MCM Settings)?
