Woocommerce wrong calculation

    I have an order in which the total amount is incorrect. Two item’s price is not calculated in the total. And customer complains the two order items even did not exist in their shop. However, it exist in their order and these two item’s price is not calculated in total amount. I am using wordpress 4.8.1 and woocommerce 4.9.1.

    Hi @peterhon,

    Would you be able to provide any live examples of this, I’m confused how products can appear in a customer order which aren’t live in a shop – are these add-ons?

    Sorry, I checked the items in the order. The items should have in the shop. The problem is that the total amount is not correct in the order.
