Hi,
Is the Autosort turned on?Thanks
in the plugin settings of post types order?
yes.any news? i just upgraded to the latest visual composer but still have the problem.
it seems that the order given by pto does not really hook in.The Advanced Post Types Order plugin is compatible with visual composer. I’ll check with the Post Types Order but it might not work for all components.
i tried the advanced plugin (older version) but its not working too, maybe too old.
let me know when you fix this isue, i am surely not alone with this. Please make sure you use the latest version of Advanced Post Types Order plugin which at the moment is at version 3.9.8 This is compatible with visual composer.
so than it’s pretty simple, just take out the working part of the advance version and implement it into the standard plugin.
Can you clarify, do you use the advanced version or not?! The Advanced Post Types Order plugin works with visual composer.
No, this is not simple at all ! Making sort to work with any custom code in all kind of scenarios require specific code. The advanced code use a different structure, so it simply does not match the Post Types Order code-flow.

hey you,
how can you mark this topic as resolved? – it’s not!
i just reactivate my licence of advanced post types order and it’s not working with the visual composer woo commerce template at all.
that means both of the plugins cannot do the job right now.
please solve this issue soon
best regards
telemarker@telemarker this forum is for Post Types Order plugin. If you own the advanced code please ask help at https://www.nsp-code.com and someone will assist in no time.
yes i did that, but the advanced plugin is not working too and its to much overpowered and has a bad design compared to the free plugin.
so i really would prefer a solution with post types order plugin.
would you help me with that?
it’s pretty simply choose any theme with visual composer and try for yourself.
if you don’t have the plugin let me know and i help you with that.
thanks and best regardsI have the same problem with the free version. When active Visual Composer will stop listening to the images order in whatever kind of grid element. Any idea how to fix this issue? Auto sorting is turned off. Thanks!
Can you describe the steps to take to replicate the issue? e.g. what visual composer element to use, what to edit further etc.
Thanks
hey tdgu,
that’s simple:
1. install any wordpress theme & the woocommerce plugin
2. install the latest wpbaker plugin
3. create a new page and click “add an element” with the wpbakery composer
4. go to the “woocommerce” tab and select “products”
5. in the “product settings” check sort by “menu order”
6. publish & view the siteyou will notice that the sort order is not affected by your plugin in any way.
best
telemarkerps: please do not mark topics as resolved when they aren’t – that’s confusing for users.
