Woocommerce: Use dates as attributes/variations

    Hi everybody,

    do you know a way on how to use dates as woocommerce variations / attributes and let them expire when the date is in the past?

    For example we have these two variations that will be selectable in the woocommerce form (there are 3 dropdowns for type, location and date):

    variation 1:
    – type of course: cooking
    – location: New York
    – date: 05/25/2021

    variation 2:
    – type of course: baking
    – location: Paris
    – date: 06/23/2021

    After May 25, variation 1 should expire and not be displayed anymore in the woocommerce dropdown form.

    Any ideas?
