Can anyone recommend a Woocommerce plugin that allows you to sell tickets that have QR codes, and then the QR codes can be scanned on a ‘phone and then the ticket crossed off the event website attendee list?

  • I have a client that uses Eventer from Code Canyon – https://codecanyon.net/item/eventer-wordpress-event-manager-plugin/20972534

It will let you send QR coded PDF tickets to purchasers and it also has an Android/iOS app that lets you book in tickets at the event. But, I haven’t used those features though.

    Hi @nigelpengelly

In addition to what @seank123 suggested, I recommend you try out the Event Tickets Plus plugin by The Events Calendar. It works perfectly with WooCommerce, enabling you to sell tickets, create QR codes, and manage your attendees effectively.

Alternatively, you may consider the plugins developed and maintained by WooCommerce.com, namely WooCommerce Box Office and WooCommerce Order Barcodes. These plugins also integrate flawlessly with WooCommerce, offering you the ability to sell tickets, generate QR codes, and effectively manage your attendees.

You can easily scan the generated QR codes using any standard QR code reader on your smartphone, and the ticket will be automatically marked as used on your attendee list.

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.
