    you can fix this by changing line 27 of woocommerce-delivery-notes/classes/class-wcdn-print.php to:

    $this->template_path = (defined('WC_TEMPLATE_PATH')?WC_TEMPLATE_PATH:$woocommerce->template_url) . $this->template_directory_name . '/';
