Woocommerce Tax Issue

Hi,
It appears that Woocommerce isn’t calculating tax correctly.
It’s set to 20% and to include shipping but it’s still coming up short.
This has been happening for a while but I’ve had to give in and contact support as it’s gotten me stumped!
Any ideas?
Please see below for system status – it is not related to updates or anything.
I’ve ruled out theme/ plugin conflict.
I’m sure it’s super easy and I’m going to kick myself.
