Woocommerce Sync does not import items corrently

    Hi,

    Just purchased the premium plugin for the woocommerce sync. Unfortunately synced items are not importing completely. Some have no price, all items have no category set, and product shots and attributes are not showing up at all. This makes it pretty much unusable for my purposes. Is there something I’m missing here?

    Hi Nick,

    Are you syncing over from WooCommerce to UPCP, or the opposite way? (It syncs both ways, but were your products originally in WooCommerce or originally in UPCP?) Price and category should definitely sync both ways. Also, the “Product Image” (featured image) of a WooCommerce product should sync directly with the “Image” field of a product. Additional images from either WooCommerce or UPCP may not sync over. This is something we’re looking into.

    If your products were originally in WooCommerce, then, for the items with which you had trouble, were they out of stock or set to draft in WooCommerce?

    I was syncing from woocommerce to upcp. They were set to in stock and active woocommerce products. The product image gallery is a deal breaker though.

    Hi Nick,

    We’re sorry to hear that. As mentioned, we’re currently looking into the possibility of adding the ability to seamlessly sync all additional images, and not just the featured image.
