    Hello, good day! My client has a problem with her account support. Whenever we try asking for support on her woocommerce account page, it doesn’t deliver and results to error and suggest us to go to a forum which doesn’t address our issues. Some of her plugins are still on the support period and some is on lifetime subscription.

    Can someone provide us another way besides this forum to contact woocommerce support directly?

    Sorry to hear about the problem your client is facing.

    If your client is using WooCommerce premium extensions then she is eligible for WooCommerce official support, being a WooCommerce.com extensions license holder. Please create a support ticket here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    If that doesn’t work either then she can get in touch with the WooCommerce.com support team by emailing help@woocommerce.com. We can help out further from there.

    However, for any third-party plugins in use, she’ll need to contact that particular plugin’s support team as they may help with the best settings for their plugin. We do not support third-party plugins on these forums.
