Hi @flipfixltd,
When you see a message that you need to confirm/verify an email address it’s usually related to the email address you used to create your WordPress.com user account.
If you login to WordPress.com using the account you registered and visit this page below you will be able to resend a verification email to yourself which will contain a link to very your account.
https://wordpress.com/me
If you’re still seeing this message after verifying your WordPress.com user account please reach out to the WooCommerce.com support team from this page below.

They’ll be happy to investigate this further for you so you can access support for your purchased products.
I hope this helps.
Hi @stuartduff – thanks for your reply.
Both my wordpress.com account and woocommerce.com account has definitely been verified. I have no option to resend a verification email to any of my accounts.
I cannot visit https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ as I get this message:

Pressing the ‘resend confirmation email’ does nothing – no email is sent and is not in any spam folders. My account is definitely activated.
Hey @flipfixltd,
If you can reply with your WordPress.com username I’ll take a closer look at the account and set up a support ticket for you on WooCommerce.com.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
I am having the same issue and have for months. I just purchased a plug in and its not the pro edition. I’m in my account trying to submit a ticket. The first few times I got the “verify your email” but never received an email.
I received the verify email a few minutes ago. I verified my email and got the notification that email was verified. Yet when I go to submit ticket, it still says verify email.
I need assistance with this plug in (Customer Upload Files for WooCommerce) I paid $49.00 for. I install it and it doesn’t work.
