    Hi!

    I have a shop with 2 products, both of them being simple subscriptions. When I go through the purchase process, the checkout works fine, I can see the proper order on the admin page showing everything correctly. Even though the order is complete and has the correct details, there is nothing under the subscriptions tab in woocommerce, it does not create a new subscription automatically. Any ideas how to debug this? Thanks!

    Just to check, which subscriptions plugin are you using?

    If you’re using our WooCommerce Subscriptions extension, we’ll be happy to assist further. Please create a support ticket at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to login to your WooCommerce account before you can access that page.

    Yes, that is the plugin. I am trying to open a support ticket, but this plugin is not among the selectable extensions in the dropdown list. Which one should I select then?

    Sorry for the late reply. You can select “core WooCommerce” if Subscription is not available in the dropdown.
