Wow, this is weird indeed! Can you please share the following information with us:
– a screenshot of Order Notes
– a copy of your site’s System Status You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
– a copy of Stripe logs
Please remove all sensitive information from logs/screenshots before sharing.
