Hi,
I have a question about the emails that woocommerce sends after an order.

If its a new order and it is paid by Mollie the admin gets notified and the customer gets notified by email.Status Completed Ok, fine

If the customer does not pay directly the order become pending. When i change the status of pending to Completed woocommerce sends out an email with NEW customer to admin
Its not a new customer, its an update from pending to completed.

How can i change the TEXT that say new customer in something different ?

It is a new customer order, meaning that it is a new order from the customer not that it is a new customer that ordered. The heading/subject you can change in the Email settings for New Order email.

Hi,

I think its the same message as a new customer.

I would like to change the message when i UPDATE it from pending to completed

Is that possible ?

Hi Poekel,

You would need to manually update the email templates. There are a few tutorials that can show you how to go about this. Here are 3 I found with Google:
