Woocommerce Single Product Page Issues

Hello,

Am actively using your theme and its awesome. But at the same time, am falling into some ditches that I am finding it difficult to come out of.

1). The product featured image is not showing on the single product page. But its showing on the catalog/archive/shop page.

2). The site logo on the single product page is also missing. I have gone through the OceanWp settings on the page, everything seem intact. But when I shrink the browser as if am viewing it in mobile, the logo appears. But it does not appear on desktop/laptop view.

3). The footer on the Single product page is not showing as well. I have added new product to see if the issue is peculiar to the initial product, but it doesn’t help it.

4). Text box (input field) for 3rd-party plugin (woo-wallet) is so small/shrinked that the text entered are nearly unseen. I have written the plugin author for help, but he said the problem is peculiar to OceanWp theme because he’s also using your theme and facing same problem. So he said I should ask you guys for a fix on this.

Hello,

Can you share your site URL here?

What is the PHP version? If it is not PHP7 then try upgrading it to PHP7 and also increase PHP memory limit to 256M.

Hello Amit,

I have actually solved issues 1-3. I discovered that I had a woocommerce template that I was overwriting. It actually lied in the following paths
…/oceanWp/woocommerce/single-product/tab (deleted the tab folder)
…/oceanWp/woocommerce/loop (deleted loop-start.php & loop-end.php).

But for the 4th issue, how can one literally increase the field size in the theme? What CSS snippet can I use to increase the textbox size assuming the textbox element has

name: woo_wallet_balance_to_add
class: woo-wallet-balance-to-add
id: woo_wallet_balance_to_add

I await your response.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
