Woocommerce should page

Hi team, I hope you are well…
I’m using a Theme to open a virtual shop. I’ve got the WooCommerce plugin and I’m trying to use the “Shop” page to be a “Content” on my homepage but is not working.
If I go to the shop page through the dashboard, the page is empty, but when I click “shop” on the top bar, it goes to the shop page and all the itens are there. SO My guess is that is a builtin from WooCommerce that pulls out the products from somewhere.
The shop section is assigned through the theme settings in the “Custom content 5” block.
However, something is preventing the shop page’s contents from being pulled into that home page element.
How could I solve that?
