Hello @nzlotrfan, what do you mean by “shrinks badly”?
As I can see everything is fine…
Could you provide a screenshot or a video of the problem you are seeing?
Cheers.
Hi Creative, sure thing here’s a pic: https://pasteboard.co/JoijiFH.png
It’s only in tablet mode though that it happens. Where suddenly the woocommerce product only displays in half the column. I feel like I’ve looked through every setting but cannot seem to a relevant setting. In desktop view it displays properly.
Hello @nzlotrfan,
Well this actually doesn’t have nothing to do with the theme, as I can see this section is built with Elementor…
You have two columns, first one has a width of 77.671% and the second one that contains your product card has only 22.276% – it’s normal that it shrinks like this because the second columns doesn’t have enough space…
I would suggest you to change the column width from Elementor when it’s in tablet view and everything will be fine 🙂
Ok thanks for your assistance 🙂 🙂
@nzlotrfan you’re welcome 😉
Hi again,
I ended up trying to make the columns wider, I feel like I have looked at every possible setting. However, nothing seems to work. Even if I make the column 60% width, the product just remains super skinny. Yet in mobile and desktop it is fine. There seems to be something wrong with tablet view and this. Do you have any more ideas by chance? Thanks
Hello @nzlotrfan,
Could you please share your website url?
Hey @nzlotrfan,
You should configure this from Elementor, simply make one of your columns to be 60% and the second one 40%, please see this video.
Here is how you can make this from Elementor.
Hope this helps 🙂
I’ve tried that before unfortunately. I almost want to go as far to say that there’s an error with something somewhere with tablet mode. Here’s a screenvideo, does this help to clarify? The column width seems to be wide enough. https://streamable.com/bhnb5p
Hey @nzlotrfan,
So if you want to make the second column on tablet to be larger then first you have to make the first column smaller so both columns could fit in the same row.
Hope this helps.
Hi again,
Still the same (please see this video instead: https://streamable.com/h6o4kx)
PS thanks for bearing with
