I am currently have issues with spefic page on which I updated the plugin, and still get an error code, so I can not edit the theme’s product archive template or page at all.

The shop page is not populating correctly. Please watch the Loom video at 1.5 speed. I created a slider and edited the apparel page, yet when I go to view it, it goes back to the old page, which is not even editable when I go to customize it. I need to be able to update and change products here.

Please help us get this old version off the website and the new one I am making up and viewable.

If I’m not mistaken, you created the slider using the commercial plugin LayerSlider. Since this is a commercial product, we can’t help you with it here in the forum, see: https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products

Thanks for the speedy response,

However, you’re not seeing the main issue. I can’t edit the page at all. There are two ways you can edit a page in WordPress.

The first way to edit a page is through the Customize Themes button. When I click, I get an error code.
The second way is through the back-end editor, and that’s where you see the slider and one product. Which when I save it, it doesnt event populate the page.

Please help, not event my site’s ground expert care team recommended I reach out to WordPress directly.

Oh, are you talking about the server-side error in the Customizer? There could be many reasons why that happens. The reason for the error should be visible in the error log. You can find it in your hosting area. If necessary, the support of your hosting can help you.

Alternatively, you could also enable debugging in WordPress. How to do this is described here: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/ – also here the support of your hosting can help you if necessary to edit the file accordingly.

In both cases you should be able to see what the cause is in the logfile.
