woocommerce shipping ‘deal’

I’m trying to create a ‘deal’ for a shipping option in an ecommerce website.

For example
If a customer purchases 5 of itemXX then postage is a flat fee of £1.95 but if they purchase 10 of itemXX then postage is a flat fee of £2.95. I need to add this to specific items only so have created shipping classes and assigned to appropriate products.

Is this possible?
