woocommerce shifting header image

Woocommerce is shifting my header images on pages related to woocommerce at lower resolutions. This includes the cart page,checkout, and product pages. No one has been able to help me on other forums so I hope you guys can! This only happens on lower resolutions/narrow width and these pages in specific.

If i create a new page and make that my cart page then that page’s header begins to shift lol. It has to do with woocommerce but I do not know which one.
