    on starting WooCommerce setup-wizard I Can’t procced because the Country drop-down list is empty, there are no countries listed.
    Because I can not select any country, the country field remains empty, so the form does not allow further by pressing the Continue button.

    What should I do

    From what I understand, you’re encountering an issue with the WooCommerce setup wizard, specifically with the Country drop-down menu being empty, and preventing you from proceeding past the first page, correct?

    First, let’s try the simplest solution which is to refresh the page. Sometimes, a browser cache or a temporary glitch can cause such issues. If that doesn’t work, try using a different web browser or clear your current browser’s cache and cookies.

    If the issue persists, it might be due to a conflict with one of your plugins or your theme. To check this, temporarily deactivate all your plugins except WooCommerce and switch to a default theme like Storefront. Then, try to run the setup wizard again. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one and switch back to your theme, checking the setup wizard each time to identify the source of the conflict.

    Thanks for sharing the above!

    Based on the error log provided, its pointing to the Onboarding.php file missing, and its absence may be causing the country/region dropdown box not to show up on the installation page.

    The error message suggests that the file is expected to be located in the following directory: /home/vol5_8/infinityfree.com/if0_34615040/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Admin/Features/Onboarding.php

    However, the file is not found in that location, which is why the plugin encounters a “Failed opening required” error.

    Can you try deleting and then reinstalling WooCommerce and see if this resolves the issue, as its possible that there was a corrupt installation.

    Hi @bassemadel ,

    Can you head over to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, and resave your existing settings, without making any changes to the settings?

    Doing this will rebuild your .htaccess file, and hopefully, clear the issue of this getting stuck during the onboarding.

    Thanks for the update!

    Checking your site SSR, I am able to see that the WordPress Memory Limit on your site is not sufficient:

    WP Memory Limit: 128 MB

    WooCommerce requires a WordPress Memory limit of 256 MB or greater, which you can read more about here:

    If you are comfortable making direct changes to your sites files, you can do this yourself by following this guide:

    Alternatively, you can reach out to your host. They should be able to help you out with this.

    Additionally, let’s see if some additional server changes make any difference:

    • PHP Post Max Size: 20 MB: Can you bump it up to 128 MB
    • PHP Time Limit: 60: Can you bump it up to 300
    • Max Upload Size: 10 MB: Can you bump it up to 128 MB

    Your host should also be able to help you out with the above value changes.
