I’ve been told that woocommerce reports are not accurately reflecting the overseas prices we’ve entered manually. Is there any way to make the reports accurate?

    Hi,
Price Based on Country uses the exchange rate of the pricing zones to convert reports to the shop base currency, this means that the accuracy of the WooCommerce reports depends on the accuracy of the exchange rate of your pricing zones.
    I hope this helps you.

Hi Oscar, we have opted set all the individual product prices manually rather than rely on auto exchange rates on this site.

Will changing the exchange rate option in the woocommerce “zone pricing” settings page alter anything other than how it reports in this setup?

    Hi,
PBC uses the exchange rate to calculate the price based on the exchange rate (no manuals) and to converts amounts to shop base currency.

Sorry Oscar, I’m not sure what you mean. I currently have the prices set per product by manually adding them in the product page.

If I alter the exchange rate in the settings page to make the reports correct will it alter the prices I’ve set manually?

No. the exchange rate does not alter price set manually.
