Hi Marc,
I just tested the Additional Content field with a shortcode and it worked fine for me.
Does the shortcode work on other areas of your site. For example have you tried this example from WooCommerce themselves to confirm it is working?

Please let me know

Hi Peter,
You are right. The shortcode [woocommerce_product_search] seems a shortcode for a Plugin not free of a special product searcher. I don’t have this Plugin installed in WordPress. This is why this shortcode is not working.
I misunderstood that shortcode with the use of Woocommerce Product Search (Widget for free installed with Woocommerce Plugin).
Could you help me to know how to add a Widget (Woocommerce Product Search or whatever) in the Additional Content field?
Is it possible in “Responsive Menu” or “Responsive Menu Pro” to add a Widget?
If not, I know this is not something about your Plugin but it’s very useful probably for a lot of people.
As a suggestion for improving your awesome Plugin “Responsive Menu”, you could add a toggle button to modify the Searcher to adapt to the Searcher of Woocommerce (just for products). It could be a Pro option. Think about it. 🙂

Marc

Hi Marc,
There is no way to add widgets into the options but all you need to do is copy the HTML of the WooCommerce search form and paste it in the Additional Content option as HTML is allowed there.
The problem with having an adapter for WooCommerce search is that if I add an option for that I end up having to allow for all sorts of search types but its definetely something I will look into for you.
Hope the HTML copy and paste works well for you 🙂
All the best
Peter
