Woocommerce product image problems

ok so I have installed the Woocommerce plugin on the free spacious theme and it works great, the only problem is the images. I have a very clear HD image of my product and in the shop/product range it is the right size but not as clear and when you click on it, it goes to the specific product page and the product is too big and really blurry. I don’t know how to change the size or the quality. the weird thing is I tried putting my image in the description (bottom of specific product page) and it comes up too big but perfect HD quality. Ay ideas on how to change the image quality on my shop page and the image quality and image size on the specific product page… any advice would be appreciated.

PS. I also have a problem with the shop page being named Archives instead of shop. I don’t know why this is because the page is named shop in my menu and page setting. I think it is the Woocommerce plugin that did it so if you could help with that as well that would be great.
