My WooCommerce plugin found missing pricing and inventory fields When trying to add a new product. further more, found all my products on my online store are the same error when I go to Add Products and New Product…

On the product page there is only 2 text box at top of the page, the product data options price, SKU, in stock short, inventory and etc.. are missing on products page. ( They were there before…guess it was conflict on WooCommerce version, but I tried downgraded the version, it doesn’t help bringing those fields back)

Can’t add any new products now because I can not add price, SKU, etc..

I tried to search for solution, and someone said it probably the version conflicts, that was why I downgrade the Woo commerce version and WordPress version, unfortunately, none of them can help.

All the pricing, SKU, inventory fields are gone ..

Please see my screenshot : HERE`

    Urgently needs help for this.

    Hi @lwmm

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. It is clearly showing that most of the fields are now missing due to which adding products is not being possible at the moment.

It is good that you tried some troubleshooting, but rolling back to older versions doesn’t actually help.

First of all, please make sure that your WordPress, WooCommerce, current theme and all other plugins are up to date.

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

If you don’t want to run the test on your live production site, you can create a duplicate/staging site. Many hosting providers offer site staging facilities, but if you don’t have such a feature, you can create one with the WP Staging plugin.

If nothing comes out of the conflict test, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hi Margaret, I finally make it works but not sure how.

I had re-run all the steps I did before, removed and reinstall the theme.
Deactivate all PLUG IN and activate them one by one, but I found weird that, none of them are impacted.

    Thank you for everything!
