I am not too sure what you mean here, could you please elaborate on what is happening?

    Hello,
when I update any product on my woo commerce website..It automatically puts some dummy price.
I have share you the screenshot( https://snipboard.io.)

    Hi @rucha1

The screenshot link did not get pasted correctly. Kindly resend.

I understand that when you update any product on your website it automatically puts some dummy price. Just to confirm – are you able to enter and save your own price for that product? Or is the dummy price persisting and not allowing you to change?

    Hi @rucha1

when I update any product on my woo commerce website..It automatically puts some dummy price.

If the product doesn’t have a price yet, there shouldn’t be any number in the price field. Here is a screenshot of how it should looks like: https://snipboard.io/K2lork.jpg

That said, this kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    hello,
My website is live…so I could not make any change in plugin..
Do you have any other way?
Rather than deactivate all the plugin..

    Hi @rucha1

Conflict test is the best tool to determine the cause of the problem in this case, but worry not – you don’t need to disturb your live site! 🙂

You can run the conflict test on a staging site using a plugin like WP Staging. Your hosting provider may also be offering a staging option but this plugin also is good enough.

Please go ahead and check for conflicts.

Let us know how it goes – we’ll be happy to assist further.

    Hello,

As we discussed I deactivate plugin & theme, and activate as well.
But still that dummy price is displayed..
    Thank you.

    @rucha1

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hello,
    It showing me 404 error..on wp-admin.

    Hi @rucha1

Resaving Permalink settings (Settings > Permalinks) can usually fix a 404 error. However, since your can’t access the admin area, you’ll have to do it manually. Here is a good tutorial on how to fix a 404 error: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-wordpress-posts-returning-404-error/
