Woocommerce Processing Order email not sent

Hello,
I am in need of help for a woocommerce problem. The problem is that the store is not sending order processing email to the customer, once they have already paid for the order.
The email goes when they register for a new account, so it isn’t a problem with the email server.
I checked the email log and the email isn’t being sent out.
When I go to the Woocommerce > Settings > Email, I don’t see any template settings for processing order.
I am using Mailgun SMTP on the server level and it’s working for all emails, except for the processing order email.

@stef I don’t think there is any customization applied to the email templates. Can you please tell me how can I check it?

There’s nothing there that makes your system less secure. Paths are useless if you have decent passwords. DDOS? Nothing here exposes you to that. Plugins? Using https://wpscan.org/, I can get a list of your plugins. If you keep them up to date, there’s no risk from knowing what might be there. In any case, most of the doorknob rattling is done by bots that don’t care what’s in these forums.
