WooCommerce problem help easy quick resolve?

Upon adding any item to cart, you’ll see both from the cart page and the shopping cart widget drop down – 2 buttons that are broken and have nothing to do with PayPal.
“Proceed to checkout “ and word “or”
“Checkout”
It’s been a huge headache for me. Relentless googling and asking live reps for help with no luck. Then I was told try here.
I wish it was as easy to remove as it was inspecting element and deleting node!!

Using storefront theme- was told make it into a child theme so that’s all set – now I’m just lost😂someone please help🙄
