WooCommerce Plugin keeps refreshing page

    Hello,

    My 2 pages that have WooCommerce products are constantly refreshing. I already identify WooCommerce plugin as the source. If I uninstall the plugin the problem dissapears. I use WooCommerce for almost a year and this start to happen this last saturday.

    Last week I installed the following Plugins for woocommerce : “Direct checkout, WooCommerce Single page checkout , WooCommerce One page checkout” and “Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce”I dont know if this are related but I dont know what to do…

    Anyone can help me please?

    In most of the cases, issues like these are caused by a theme and/or plugin conflict. I suggest that you troubleshoot this issue as described on

    Hello Niels,

    Already follow each step in your tutorial.

    Try with another theme and the problem persist.

    Deactivate all plugins (including WooCommerce extensions) and the problem persist.

    Deactivate only WooCommerce plugin and the problem desapears.

    Any aditional help?

    Hello @xainapad,

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via

    WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status

    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi there,

    I’ve just had another look at the page you shared – https://reformasnasuica.com/estou-na-suica?v=84a0c33f9e12 – although I’m unable to replicate the same thing.

    On my side, when the page has finished loading, everything stays the same – I’m not seeing any constant refreshing.

    Are there any specific steps we should be following to replicate that?

    Hello RK,

    That’s strange… the problem persist and I try and ask other people to try in 6 different device from 3 different countries (USA, Portugal and Switzerland). I just try and unfortunately the problem persists. Try in chrome and edge clear all cache try 2 ISP and in all the problem appear. I just have to access any page that’s not the homepage.

    Need urgent help. 4 days with this problem now. Thanks in advance!

    and couldn’t see the reloading you describe.

    Would you mind giving us a bit more background on the URL structure?
    the ?v=84a0c33f9e12 parameter suggests some kind of version control.
    Are you using a CDN service to serve your website?

    Can you also please clarify whether the people that tested this for you in 3 different countries found the same thing?

    We really need to find out how to replicate it so we can dig into the cause.
