WooCommerce PayPal Here Plugin

Hi All,

I downloaded the above plugin from WordPress with a view to help us track orders for our merchandise when we’re displaying at large events etc. It would have allowed us to place orders (for some products that require ordering), and update stock for items on sale.

However, it’s clear the plugin hasn’t been updated for sometime – and it was hit and miss whether it was going to work. It works up until you try and put the payment through with the card reader, and which point it “drops” and won’t actually let you charge the item (you put the card in or swipe it and nothing happens). If you tap “Enter manually” you have the option to enter card details, and if you tap back to go back to the charging screen, the reader briefly recognises and starts to press – but then WooCommerce that is open in the webpage directs you back there and advises you that the payment was cancelled.

It’s a real shame that this hasn’t been updated, as it has all the hallmarks of being really useful – anyone have any ideas?
