I was going to enable the test more to run some test orders, but the Save Changes button remained muted and any changes I made on the setting can’t be saved.

I noticed this issue in other threads but there are no solutions provided.

    Hi there!

I understand you’re facing trouble saving changes in your WooCommerce settings.

This is unusual, as I’m running the latest version of WooCommerce and am able to save my changes without any issues.

It seems like there might be a plugin or code on your site that is causing the issue. Could you please try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, while using a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront? This will help us rule out any theme or plugin conflicts.

For more details on how to run a conflict test, please follow the instructions in this article: How to Test for Conflicts

Let me know how that goes.

I had it sorted by filling in the support phone number.

It would be great if it’s not compulsory to provide a support phone number.

I just wanted to step back a bit and to make sure we understood this request correctly. Are you working on WooCommerce settings or the checkout page?

If you could send a screenshot of where you entered the phone number, I can confirm if it’s required or if it can be adjusted.

Hi, it’s the Support phone number under WooPayments setting. It’s in the Transactions section.

    Hi @shiangying,

Thank you for the clarification. I understand that you are referring to the Support phone number, as shown in this screenshot: https://snipboard.io/S6d43R.jpg

Kindly note that once the support phone number is set, it cannot be left empty. We strongly recommend filling out these settings, as they can help prevent disputes from customers who might otherwise struggle to contact you.

If you don’t have a dedicated support phone number or email, you can use a personal contact temporarily to ensure there’s always a way for customers to reach out.

I hope this clarifies it for you. Let us know if you have any more questions.
