WooCommerce Orders export – tax rate code

Hi,

I’m using WP All Export on a site running WooCommerce. I’m currently exporting the ‘Rate Code (per tax)’ field to display the tax code, but in the exported CSV there is an extra column next to the Rate Code column (per tax) with the heading ‘Rate Name’ and empty rows. Has anyone come across this before, and know how to get rid of it?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. When editing the fields for the export, I’m adding the ‘Rate Code (per tax)’ field from Taxes & Shipping, and giving this the column title ‘TAX_CODE’:

When exporting the CSV, there is an extra column next to TAX_CODE called ‘Rate Name’. All rows under this column are empty:

Hm… Have you tried renaming other cells? Does it have the same result?

Nope, just that one field. All the other cells are renamed too.

A strange mistake. I think you need to clear the cells in the CSV itself. Or try reinstalling the plugin, I do not know all of your settings.

We were able to fix this. Please install the latest BETA version on your site for the fix: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-all-export.zip.

Hi,

I’ve updated to the latest BETA (1.4.8-beta-2.5) and I’m still getting an empty ‘Rate Name’ column after the ‘Rate Code (per tax)’ column.

I’ve checked that it isn’t cached etc, and also removed and readded the Rate Code field to test.

Any suggestions?
