WooCommerce Order Totals empty

When I receive a new order the order total field in the wp-admin backend is always left empty. The only way to calculate it is to manually press the “calculate total” button in the admin area for each order.

I would like to calculate and insert order totals automatically for each order when it comes in. How can this be achieved?

Using WooCommerce Version 2.2.10
