    Hello, I noticed recently that I cannot update the order status. I don’t have the button. I turned all extensions off and on, changed the theme, but the button is not there. Thank you in advance for your help!

    To confirm, you’ve turned off all extensions except WooCommerce and the issue persists, is that correct?

    Can you please clear your website’s cache by navigating to WooCommerceStatusTools, and do the following to see if this makes any difference?

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear

    If it does not help, please clear your browser cache.

    Please also share the following if the issue persists:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerceStatusLogs.
