@swell5412 This might not be exactly what you are looking for, but it may be a useful workaround.
Have you considered authorizing payments at checkout, without capturing them immediately? A payment gateway like Stripe will give you the ability to do this. If you configure payments to only be authorized at checkout, the customer will still fill out their payment details initially, but the order total will not be charged immediately. The details will be saved, and then only when the store owner changes the status of the order to Processing, will the charges be captured.
The authorization lasts for 6 days. This means that the sho owner will have 6 days to review the order and approve it. If the order isn’t approved or is canceled within this time frame, the money will never be taken from the customer.
There are some other payment gateways that offer this possibility. You might want to look into whether your payment solution offers this.
I have sent a support ticket in 3 times over almost 2 weeks with no response from developer…?
Did you submit a support request at WooCommerce.com? If so, you should’ve heard back from the team already. Is CHEECHGLASSUS.COM the URL of the site where you are using the Order Status Control extension? Have you activated the license on this site, by connecting your WooCommerce.com account to the site?
I ask this to see whether we can track down those tickets you’ve submitted.
