    Hello.
    So I received a call from a customer about an order.
    I found out that in 12th august he order some stuff from the website, the order number is the same with one from 2nd august, but it doesn’t appear in WooCommerce at all and also I didn’t receive any mail regarding this new order, but the customer received the confirmation order with the old WooCommerce id order.
    Please take a look on the attached pictures.

    Hi there,

    The screenshots you have posted seem to contain all of the personal details of your customer and should be removed.

    if you have received an order which has the order number of #36569 and that order is not present on your site it could be a plugin you are using on your site or your web host reset your database to an earlier data version for some reason.

    Have you double checked with your payment provider to see if payment was taken for such an order.
