1) Order received from the system. We do received email order notification, but sometimes some order didn’t receive email notification.
You’ll first want to check if WooCommerce is generating these emails. You can use the WP Mail Logging plugin for this by placing test orders.
Once you check the mail log after ordering, there are two ways to proceed:
If the emails are being generated, then it means that WooCommerce is working well. In such a case, you’ll want to get in touch with your host to check for issues in the mail server. If you’re using an SMTP plugin, kindly get in touch with the SMTP provider for further checks.
If the mail log does not log any emails when you order, kindly perform a conflict test to see if you can narrow down to the tool (theme or plugin) causing the emails not to be generated when you order. 2) We have also received order from system, and email order notification. Same order number it happened to have different item list.
It seems that I did not fully get the question. Did you mean to say that two orders came with the same order number? Please expound further on this question.
