Woocommerce not installing – receiving error

I’m re-building my website and using a test domain provided by my hosting company. I’ve bought a new theme and was setting everything up.

All of the plugins installed correctly apart from Woocommerce. When I try to install it, I’m receiving the following error: Installation failed: Could not copy file. woocommerce/packages/…

I’ve tried to install it via zip file and the plugin directory.

I am running WordPress 5.5.1. I’ve been able to install other plugins successfuly after trying to install Woocommerce and the folder permissions are set to 755.

I don’t know what else to try, any help is greatly appreciated.
