Woocommerce: Manual Order approval

Hello,

i set up finally my store and its working all fine, the problem is, when a customer makes an order, my paying infromation are directly send with the first email.

But i want to approve or disapprove the order after checking if the product is still available.

So what im trying to do is:

customer orders – Gets email that informs him about the order – Than i check the product – If its avaiable i will send email with paying information – if not i send him another email which states that the order has been cancelled.

Any idea how to do so?
