    Hi,

I am using woocommerce and WC Vendors. Recently, I do not receive email notification with new vendor application. I can only see “Instructor Application – deprecated” under WordPress/Woocommerce/Settings/Email. Is this the cause? There are a few of these with ” – deprecated”, so even if I enable them, they will not work right?

    Thanks.

    Barry

Is mail function installed on your store? and did you check spam folder?
I suggest using SMTP email plugin so that your email will not go to spam folder
This tutorial will help you fix the issue related to Woocommerce not sending email:
    https://wooexplorer.com/fix-woocommerce-wordpress-not-sending-emails-how-to-fix/
STEP 1: Install WP SMTP Plugin
You can get the plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smtp/
STEP 2: Enable 2-Step Verification in Google email
STEP 3: Configure WP SMTP Plugin

    Hope this helps!

@zenproduction2019 if you are using a third-party “Vendors” plugin, you’ll want to contact that developer as they need to update their plugin. Using deprecated functions means that the version of the plugin you have has not been made compatible with changes made to WordPress and WooCommerce.

If the developer isn’t able to update their plugin for you, we do have an official Product Vendors plugin on http://www.woocommerce.com.
