• Hi, Thanks for the excellent plugin!

When running NinjaFirewall in Full WAF mode, I run into the reasonably well-documented WooCommerce error ‘There was an error getting your inbox. Please try again.’ Clicking the WooCommerce ‘Reload’ button then initiates the unwanted process of setting up the WooCommerce store. Running NinjaFirewall in WordPress WAF mode solves the problem, but I prefer not to miss out on the extra security of Full WAF mode. Suggested solutions for other security plugins (e.g. iThemes Security) are to uncheck ‘Filter Long URL Strings’ or ‘Filter Suspicious Query Strings in the URL’ settings. Is there a setting in NinjaFirewall which will solve the WooCommerce problem but retain an optimal level of security? Thanks.

Thanks very much for investigating. As I say, I have reproduced the error on several sites with clean WordPress installs, no other plugins, and different themes, but always on a Hostinger shared server.

    The main points are:

    * The problem exists in Full WAF mode but not WordPress WAF.
    * Adding the LiteSpeed Cache plugin somehow fixes the problem.
    * There are no obvious errors logged by NinjaFirewall, WordPress or the server.

I note that both NinjaFirewall Full WAF mode and LiteSpeed Cache modify the .htaccess file. I wonder whether that is something to look at. It may indeed be a Hostinger problem. I will let you know if I find anything else.
