WooCommerce help

I am working on a website using the Coller theme and I notice that Coller doesn’t currently support WooCommerce, and I have tried to figure out the best course of action for altering the php to make it usable or even entertaining the idea of switching themes all together. One issue I am coming across is when WooCommerce needs an update, I will have it update and something will happen where an error occurs in one of the php files and it will lock WooCommerce. It will become unusable and I will have to go into the FTP and delete WooCommerce and reinstall it to be able to use it until the next update. I am seriously considering switching themes to see if that would help as well as make it easier to integrate WooCommerce for my site. Any suggestions or help that anyone can offer, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
