Hi @shaar7
By default, the WooCommerce emails should look good on all devices. If that’s not the case for you, then it’s possible that either your theme or another plugin has modified the standard emails.
You might want to do a conflict test to see if that’s the case:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
Or, if you want to change the templates yourself, this guide may help:

hi @senff

Regards,
HI @senff
kindly any update fro my issue above?
sorry for disturbing
Hi @shaar7. What is the language of your site in WordPress Settings? As Senff mentioned, the width of the message should be automatically managed so that the email is readable on both mobile and desktop. If that is not happening, it’s likely due to your theme or a plugin. If you use our guide to test for conflicts, you can find out what is causing the issue. The guide outlines resources that you can use to do the tests without affecting your live site.
You mentioned using TranslatePress. What is the language of your site in WordPress Settings? I can do a test on my own site running Storefront to see how the emails appear with a RTL language. What language are you using and which email is having the issue?
Hi @shaar7. We haven’t heard from you in a while so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you still need help with this issue or have any other questions about the WooCommerce plugin, please start a new thread.
