WooCommerce Database Update Process is not working

Hello,
I have been facing an issue with WooCommerce database update process, and also have pending and past-due action around 245, and the WooCommerce database update status always showing in progress. I have tried to solve this issue with updating WooCommerce plugin and it required plugins but it does not work for me.Can you please help me to resolve this issue?

It looks like you are experiencing some issues with 1.) Updating your WooCommerce database, and 2.) Pending and Past-due actions, correct?
- Updating the WooCommerce Database
Just to clarify, if you navigate to WooCommerce → Status→ System Status, does the WooCommerce Database version show as updated, or is it still outdated?
If this shows as updated in the System Status Report, it may be a caching issue. Can you please have your host purge the site cache and see if this resolves the notification message?
Additionally, please try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser (or in incognito/private mode) and see if that works?
2. Pending and Past-due actions
Past-dueactions refer to tasks that have missed their scheduled dates. It’s worth noting that due to how WP Cron works, it’s not uncommon to have some past-due actions in your system.If you come across multiple past-due actions that are more than a day old, it could indicate a potential issue with WP Cron on the website. This may result in issues related to missing orders, subscriptions, or data within the WooCommerce Analytics.
As a first step, can you navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions → Pending and run the pending actions manually?

The system report shows database version – 6.4.0. I do not know it is updated or not.

The WooCommerce plugin has 8.6.1 Version, so the database version is still outdated?
Oof, that is indeed very outdated!
What happens if you navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools and manually click on Update database? Does this make any difference?
If this makes no difference, can you try deactivating and reactivating WooCommerce and see if this helps?
